Verdion is a real estate investor, developer and asset manager, specialising in the industrial and logistics sector and operating across Europe. The move from Machester Square in W1 to Cannon street in the heart of the city gave the company an opportunity to reinforce their sustainable credentials and portray how they wanted to be seen by their clients and investors. Verdion approached us to help them realise this potential.
We had the benefit of planning other floors within the building, so had a head start when understanding what would work within the structure of this space. The main challenge was the tight time-frame to get Verdion in and operating. With a close eye on programme management alongside some detailed design meetings, JT3 were able to deliver the project on time and on budget ensuring a smooth transition from their existing space.
Verdion’s new workspace has enhanced the client and employee experience. The space consists of a reception area, a front of house meeting area with boardroom and a kitchen / informal seating area towards the back of the space. Verdion now have a more diverse space to encourage collaboration which will help evolve with the organisation.
