Our design team was instructed to generate proposals to reflect Silverwell’s forward thinking and innovative approach, within new double-aspect office space on Grosvenor Street, W1
Our client had a clear idea of the effect that they wished to achieve in the new office. Having completed 3 similar sized projects in Grosvenor St earlier this year, the design was quickly galvanised; JT3’s familiarity with the requirements of City of Westminster’s Building Control regulations and those of the landlord allowed rapid integration of all elements and the project was delivered the project easily within programme and budget. Our loyal and strong supply chain was a great support throughout, furnishing architectural and technical designs, landlord approval data and skilled tradesmen.
The completed office offers boutique style, clean lines and a light colour palette with a continuous flow between the reception area, main boardroom, meeting rooms and into the employee area towards the rear of the floor.
