Spire Partners LLP is an independent fund management firm. The company wanted to create an environment within their new HQ that reflected their upward trajectory within this industry along with mirroring the strong relationships they have with their clients.
24 Grosvenor st had a comprehensive Cat A refurbishment and Spire Partners LLP secured the first floor of this new space. The fitout happened over 6 weeks throughout the summer period allowing Spire a flexible transition into their new office. As with all clients, our wider team conducted weekly meetings on site. The particular issues faced on this project were the huge amounts of building works taking place within the immediate Grosvenor st area at the same time. As a result, deliveries were very restricted meaning JT3 had to be incredibly precise on the logistical elements of the project. Added to this, Mayfair has a high density of residential occupiers and therefore working within restricted times meant that again, the programme had to be very accurate. The common parts within 24 Grosvenor St were finished to an extremely high level so full protection and a high level of care was key to the success of the overall project.
The strong colour palette in the elegant boardroom features wooden wall panelling and a herringbone flooring reflecting the traditional elements of working in Grosvenor st. The space is divided into a client-facing area and more open plan for the partners and employees. Soft seating alongside the high seats within the kitchen area allows team members to be away from their desks, either working or having an impromtu meeting.
