JT3 were approached directly by The Estate Office to undertake a fitted solution to help market the space located very close to Blackfriars tube. The brief was to provide a light and contemporary office environment that would appeal to a wide range of occupiers in the local area. With input from the leasing agent, the Landlord and our design team the space evolved- with of course an acute eye on cost.
The construction period incorporated an element of Cat A reinstatement as the floor was in need of some of the bare essentials before works on the fitout could commence. This 5 week project included a new tea point, feature lighting, furniture, redecoration throughout as well as using a natural green and wood palette.
The new office space consists of a flexible and considered design, offering a furnished office to an incoming occupier in a “plug-and-play” format together with technology integration.
