JT3 were instructed by their Landlord client to undertake a Cat A+ fitout to the vacant space on the 1st floor of a building on Jermyn St, W1 to improve its marketability. 

Manage and Build

JT3 provided floor plans and created a concept that would appeal to a typical W1 occupier. The design incorporated a clean and professional look. The workstations and furniture along with all the power and cabling were provided enabling an occupier to move in and operate on day 1.

The New Space

The space includes a reception desk and soft seating, a large multi-purpose meeting / boardroom, two open plan desk areas centred around a breakout bar and kitchen with a collaborative working area that could be expanded into as additional desks should it be required.
